Lemon Myrtle and Coconut Romance

Lemon Myrtle, known for it’s clustered yellow flowers, is a native Australian shrub. Its strong citrus aroma and intense lemon flavour make it a perfect pairing for a deliciously refreshing Weis bar.Designed by Dixon Patten of Bayila Creative, a proud Yorta Yorta and Gunnai man, the artwork is inspired by traditional food-gathering practices by First Nations people. The wave patterns are leaves and represents our unique indigenous flora and our connection to Country and to each other. The different circles depicts diverse people/community coming together to partake in ceremony and to eat together.
