Gaylord presented detail to every plate before me. Each dish was carefully presented in a way to capture your senses visually! The eyes were feasting before my taste buds had even started. Enjoy the Subtle flavours of spices experienced in Northern India to the rich flavours of traditional Middle Indian regions...I really enjoyed each dish and feasted on the sauces left behind to satisfy my taste buds even more...
